An introduction to drawing and design, emphasizing articulation of space and pictorial syntax while developing abilities of perception, ways of seeing, and the language of visual perception as it relates to art and architecture design principles. Students acquire a working knowledge of visual expression applicable to the study of art and architecture history and artistic practice. 1 Lecture hour and 3 Studio hours.
